Chocolate Tulips with Strawberry Cheesecake "Fousse"

These are so decadent and easy to make, its ridiculous!  I'm not a big fan of making mousse with raw eggs, especially for the little kiddos, so the Strawberry Philly and Cool Whip make a really simple and tasty substitute. The tulips are done with small balloons and swirled white and dark chocolate.  These are a perfect little treat for spring time.  I hope you try them!
