I had an afterthought this week with entrees and did a last minute submission on Saturday.  I love cooking with store-bought rotisserie chickens and dressing them up to make impressive, easy and quick meals for the weeknights.  The marinated artichokes in this mushroom sauce give it a tangy and abundant flavor that sets it apart from other mushroom sauces.  This isn't just a cream of mushroom soup...its a Philadelphia Cooking Creme Savory Garlic Mushroom Sauce!  Enjoy!
