Caribbean Orange and Rum Sweet Potatoes
Spring is here and so are the new, fun dishes that come along with it!  Everyone has a dish that they call their "specialty" and I love making my Pulled Jerk Chicken in the crock pot during spring and summer.  I usually serve it with a Mango Chutney and some Coconut Rice, but this time, for RWOP, I served a new side dish called Caribbean Orange and Rum Sweet Potatoes.  They're a quick and easy side dish with TONS of flavor.  Let me know if you try them!
